Share leadership.
Open new perspectives.

What changes when responsibility no longer has to rest on one
person’s shoulders? I love discussing that with people who want to
rethink leadership and make it work better day to day.

Amrit Rescheneder Speaking to an Audience

What drives me

Don’t just talk about new leadership.
Make it tangible.

Shared leadership immediately makes sense to many
people: combine strengths, share responsibility and make
leadership future-ready. Yet the questions that really matter
emerge quickly: Who decides? How does a tandem
remain effective? And what must an organisation put
in place to support it?

I bring these questions to the stage in
an accessible, lively way. My own experience of
shared leadership has shown me the enormous potential
and the clarity required to make the idea
work in everyday business.

Possible topics

Topics that get things moving.

Today’s world of work is more diverse, interesting and
inspiring than ever. Those are the conversations I most enjoy.

01

Two people.
One leadership role.

What co-leadership can achieve, why it goes beyond
job sharing and how different strengths create
shared leadership impact.

02

The future of
leadership can be shared.

How organisations can use shared leadership to
open new paths to responsibility, flexibility and attractive
leadership roles.

03

Good collaboration
is no accident.

Which roles, decisions and routines a leadership tandem should clarify,
and why the wider organisation must be part of the conversation.

04

Build together.
Lead together.

How founders can design accountability, decisions and shared visions
for the future so their partnership remains resilient under pressure.

Tell me which question matters most to your audience.

Formats

Sometimes a keynote. Sometimes a conversation.
Always something substantial.

I enjoy sharing my knowledge, on stage and in
direct conversation. What matters to me is that the
people in the room leave not only with an
interesting idea but also fresh questions and practical suggestions for
their own work.

Keynote

An inspiring look at shared leadership and the
future of leading.

Short talk

A focused introduction with concrete examples and
time for questions.

Panel and discussion

Bring different perspectives together, challenge
ideas and think further together.

Internal dialogue

A conversation with leaders, HR or teams about
the opportunities and prerequisites within their own organisation.
