Build together.
Decide clearly.
Grow successfully.
Create clarity around roles, decisions and accountability, for a founder partnership that grows alongside your business.
Start independently with the digital Founder Quickstart, or work through your specific issues with personal support in the Co-Founder Programme.
For founders from the early stages through scaling, when collaboration becomes part of the business itself.
Founder Quickstart
The digital course for a strong founder partnership.
Want to get started immediately, at your own pace and without appointments? Founder Quickstart takes you through the seven central topics of a founder partnership independently.
You identify where discussion or decisions are needed, address the key questions and develop an initial draft of your own Founder Charter.
That creates a shared foundation for collaboration before uncertainties become real pressures.
Founder Quickstart offers guidance and an initial shared draft. If you would rather not tackle difficult topics alone, need binding agreements or want to professionalise your collaboration, I can support you through the Co-Founder Programme.

A strong founder partnership
needs clear ground rules.
As a company grows, leadership, ownership, control, money and personal expectations become increasingly intertwined. We make these dimensions discussable early on.
Leadership
Clarify roles before they become entrenched. Accountability, responsibilities and decision rights are made visible and agreed robustly.
Power
Make influence and visibility discussable. Status, recognition, ownership, public presence and personal risk are not left to chance.
Conflict
Use differences instead of letting them escalate. Clear decision and repair processes help you remain effective even when you see things differently.
Choose the entry point that suits you.

The central themes
of your collaboration.
Build the business
without losing the partnership.
Leadership. Ownership. Control. Money. Recognition. Identity. The future.
What looks like a strategic conflict often involves several of these dimensions at once. In the Co-Founder Programme, we make them discussable and develop clear agreements for everyday work.
Four phases to build a partnership
that stands up under pressure.
Discuss expectations
We build a shared picture of your personal and business goals.
Clarify leadership and ownership
We separate dimensions that easily become blurred in everyday startup life.
Develop conflict skills
The goal is not harmony, but a partnership that can cope with differences.
Prepare for growth and change
We clarify critical questions before time pressure or crises force you to.
An operating model for leadership,
collaboration and ownership interests.
The central outcome of the programme is your personal Founder Charter. It brings leadership, collaboration, accountability, conflict and ownership interests together in a working model that can be reviewed.
The Founder Charter is not a document to put in a drawer. You test it in daily life and adapt it when your company or roles change.

I point out patterns that strengthen or endanger your collaboration.
Structure
Conversations turn into concrete roles, rules, decisions and agreements.
Relationships and the business
Personal, operational and business interests are considered together.
Clear professional boundaries
The programme is not a substitute for legal, tax or company-law advice.
Firsthand experience of shared leadership.
I know shared leadership from more than theory. I spent 15 years in the financial sector, more than ten of them in leadership roles, most recently as Head of European Affairs, Public Affairs & Communication with responsibility for two teams in two different countries.
My career has taken me through different countries, companies, structures and working cultures in Europe.
Today I combine that international leadership experience with a clear system for shared leadership. I support founders neutrally and confidentially, with an eye for what will sustain both their partnership and their business over time.

FAQs about the digital course and Co-Founder Programme.
How should founders divide roles and accountability effectively?
A sensible division of roles combines the founders’ strengths with clear accountability for results. What matters is not only who takes on which tasks, but also who may decide, which information is shared and when a decision is made together.
What is a Founder Charter?
A Founder Charter is a shared operating model for your founder partnership. It sets out how you intend to manage roles, decisions, information, power, conflict and future changes. It is not a substitute for legal agreements.
What is the difference between Founder Quickstart and the Co-Founder Programme?
With Founder Quickstart, you work independently and develop an initial draft of your Founder Charter. In the personally supported programme, we clarify your individual situation, address difficult topics and jointly develop binding agreements.
Do we need to be experiencing conflicts in the founding team already?
No. The best time to establish clear ground rules is often before uncertainty or conflict patterns become entrenched. Both offers are therefore suitable for proactively professionalising your collaboration.
Our tasks are already divided. Would support still be useful?
Yes. A task list does not automatically explain how accountability, decision rights, information and disagreements are managed. Those are usually the points that matter most in everyday work.
Is the programme suitable for more than two founders?
Yes. It can be adapted for larger founding teams. We clarify scope, duration and investment during the introductory call.
Can the Co-Founder Programme take place online?
Yes. We can work together online, including with founders based in different locations.
What happens during the founder call?
In a no-obligation conversation, we clarify your starting point, desired outcome and whether Founder Quickstart or the personally supported programme fits you better.
